Please let me introduce myself. My name is Boyd Farrar and I have been in the care home sector for over 30 years at a senior management level. For over 20 years I was the CEO of the then second largest care home in Europe having 280 residents and over 500 employees.

In 2005 I founded the Farrar Partnership a specialist care home management consultancy practice. With over 30 years experience within the care sector there are no problems within the care home that I have not seen and resolved. The Farrar Partnership also acts for individuals were children live away and they require someone to monitor their parents and organise care packages etc.Work is also undertaken for administrators were a care home runs into financial difficulties.
